Modular Three Piece Thermoformed Bumper

Potential manufacturers were sourced, and the design was adjusted for manufacturability. The final outcome is a three-piece modular system that allows damaged side sections to be independently replaced and color-matched, reducing repair costs while maintaining structural and aesthetic integrity.
